About the Role
As the Director of Client Solutions, you will take a lead role in driving business growth by acquiring new national accounts, crafting strategic staffing solutions, and executing impactful sales strategies. This position demands a proactive approach to sales, the ability to overcome challenges, and a commitment to delivering customized solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients within your designated territory using market knowledge and competitor insights.
- Leverage the company CRM to track, manage, and report on the progression of your top 100 target accounts.
- Develop and execute a tailored, vertical-specific sales strategy for each opportunity, managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to closure.
- Analyze competitor activities and market dynamics to strategically position our services during presentations and negotiations.
- Provide regular updates to the VP of your territory, including weekly reports on sales funnel progress and performance metrics.
Operational Delivery
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for our service solutions and delivery models, ensuring internal teams and clients understand their value.
- Collaborate with marketing, pricing, legal, and other teams to create proposals, presentations, and customized sales materials.
- Design strategic solutions for National Account objectives, negotiating deals that maximize revenue while maintaining targeted gross margins.
- Adapt and evolve service offerings to meet specific client needs and market demands.
- Achieve a minimum goal of securing eight new national accounts annually.
Industry Expertise & Brand Advocacy
- Stay informed on industry trends, emerging best practices, and market insights to enhance our service offerings and competitive positioning.
- Leverage our differentiators to maintain market leadership and drive customer engagement.
- Promote brand awareness through social media, advertising, digital outreach, job fairs, and professional networking opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to continuously enhance our services and solutions.
- Contribute to special projects and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
