Job description:
We are seeking an experienced Trust Officer with exceptional knowledge
and strong leadership skills. This advanced-level role involves
overseeing account administration to ensure client satisfaction for
trust beneficiaries and referring financial advisors, aligning with our
trust business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish operational objectives and work plans, delegating tasks to
subordinates.
- Develop, modify, and execute policies impacting client operations and
potentially the broader business unit.
- Analyze situations and data to align with organizational objectives.
- Participate in discovering new business opportunities, conducting
administrative reviews, and interacting with Financial Advisors.
- Implement strategic policies and evaluate methods to achieve results.
- Ensure adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance
requirements.
- Influence others in sensitive situations while maintaining
relationships.
- Perform account administration functions efficiently and compliantly,
including account opening/closing, monitoring investment objectives, fee
management, annual reviews, and tax preparation.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Comprehensive knowledge of various fiduciary relationships.
- Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with an aptitude for detail.
- Team-oriented with strong leadership capabilities.
- Ability to adapt easily to a changing work environment.
- CTFA (Certified Trust Financial Advisor) designation is a plus.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in business administration or a related discipline,
or an equivalent combination of education, training, and work
experience.
- 7-10 years of experience as a Trust Officer.
