SALES ENGINEER - ACCOUNT MANAGER - SPECIALITY POLYMERS
Account Management
1. Forecast and monitor account metrics for each client.
2. Prepare account reports as requested by clients or supervisors.
3. Manage account specific pro-forma Profit and Loss report (P&L).
4. Manage existing sales accounts in Specialty Polymer Business.
Sales Strategy & Planning
5. Develop sales strategy by conducting research to identify new markets and customer needs.
6. Develop price strategy that focuses both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
7. Develop and implement strategic sales plans for new products.
8. Build an in-depth knowledge of product lines and customers.
Communication
9. Communicate progress of quarterly, monthly, and yearly initiatives to stakeholders.
10. Develop beneficial working relationships with all relevant stakeholders.
Client Relations & Negotiations
11. Ensure timely and accurate delivery to meet client needs and aims.
12. Negotiate contracts in the best interests of clients and organizations.
13. Collaborate with other teams and departments to meet client needs and create new opportunities.
14. Perform other duties as assigned.
