C-UAS SALES MANAGER - SAUDI ARABIA (Remote) $150,000 - $200,000 base, plus performance-based incentives

Sales Manager with extensive experience in selling c-UAS systems and solutions to the Saudi defense and security sectors urgently required. Our client is a growing international Counter UAS company seeking a C-UAS SALES MANAGER to be based remotely in Saudi Arabia and willing to travel and close deals in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to The Regional Sales Director
  • Go-getter, proactive Sales Executive willing to get down and dirty in the trenches and close deals hands-on
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to grow Kingdom and MENA defense business
  • Transform existing contracts into larger, more comprehensive programs
  • Identify and pursue new defense opportunities aligned with the client's capabilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in Saudi and MENA defense agencies and ministries
  • Conduct demonstrations and installations
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and executive teams to align offerings with defense needs
  • Represent The Client at industry events, conferences, and high-level meetings
  • Provide regular reports and forecasts on defense sales pipeline and performance

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Saudi Arabia Ministry of Defense sales, with a focus on MoD contracts
  • Proven track record of growing MOD contracts from small initial engagements to large-scale programs
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Deep understanding of MOD procurement processes, regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Strong network of contacts within Saudi & MENA (Middle East & North Africa) MoD and security or defense agencies
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strategic thinking and ability to navigate complex sales cycles
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Experience in c-UAS sales highly preferable
