This is your chance to be a pivotal player in a series of exciting product launches. You'll be involved in everything from plant build-out to optimizing machinery and streamlining production flow.
Here's a taste of what you'll conquer:

Craft the perfect manufacturing plan with plant layout, equipment acquisition, and process development
- Work shoulder-to-shoulder with design to ensure smooth transitions from concept to production
- Champion continuous improvement by identifying innovative solutions and implementing cutting-edge technologies
We're looking for an engineering rockstar with:
- A BS in Manufacturing Engineering (BSME or BSIE preferred)
- At least 10 years of experience in advanced manufacturing
- Lean or Six Sigma Certification a plus

Expertise in injection molding and high-speed assembly

ISO 9001 experience
- A proven track record of solving complex manufacturing challenges
