As theMaterials Operations Director, you will oversee all operational activities related to the textile production facilities. Your responsibilities will include addressing operational concerns, developing and implementing procedures and policies, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. You will lead a multicultural workforce, interface with international customers, and collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve operational excellence.

• Establishing best practices for fabric handling to maintain optimal product consistency and assessing processes, machinery, chemicals, and raw materials for enhancement will improvequality and efficiency.
• Oversee production to ensure full, on-time delivery with consistent quality, within budget, and on time.
• Work closely with the materials team in South Korea to overseenew fabric developments.
• Manage allHR and payroll activitiesby reviewing job roles and overseeing personnel supervision, training, and conflict resolution.
• Overseemaintenanceactivities in collaboration with Production Managers.
• Improve internal and external communication and be the primary representative for customer visits and engagement.

Qualifications:

• Degree in management, business administration, finance/accounting, or a related field.
• Hands-on operations management experience within a textile plant, including polyester fabric weaving, dyeing, and finishing.
• Management experience covering production, quality, and maintenance staff.
• Comfortable working withinternational customers.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strong decision-making abilities and ability to handle high-pressure situation
