POSITION: PRE-LITIGATION ATTORNEY

LOCATION: ATLANTA, GA

SALARY RANGE: $80K TO $85K Plus commission

Our Client is a dynamic and rapidly growing personal injury and property damage law firm, seeking highly motivated and passionate Attorneys to join their team in Atlanta, GA.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Attorneys are expected to meet with clients to discuss their case, show compassion and empathy, and demonstrate an ability to earn their trust, confidence and respect. They will also provide clients with updates and communicate with insurance companies from time to time regarding status of claims, demands and offers.

Qualifications:

XPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS:

• Full-time
• Member of the Georgia Bar and in good standing or willing to get barred in Georgia
• Experience in knowing how to evaluate claims, etc.
• Superb negotiation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Have a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Team-oriented
• Must be fluent in Spanish speaking and must have experience in personal injury presuit case management
