Key Responsibilities:

• Receive training on the basics of CNC machines.
• Provide customer support via phone or by traveling to customer locations.
• Learn to align and interface the bar feed unit.
• Prepare machines for delivery, ensuring they meet all quality and operational standards.
• Gain knowledge of the product line and its various functions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager or Supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge and operation of CNC machines.
• 1-3 years of experience as a machinist.
• Familiarity with machine tool products, options, and functions.
• Mechanical and electrical experience in CNC Machine Tools is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Experience in basic troubleshooting of mechanical systems is preferred.
• Comfortable working in a shop environment with machines running, which may involve noise and temperature variations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
