Job description:
ARCHITECT ($110K to $120K)
Our client is a growing and dynamic firm with nearly two decades of experience across the Southeast and beyond.
You will be working on a diverse range of private projects, including restaurant sites.
With an abundance of new, private projects, they seek a full-time ARCHITECT with lots of experience to lead the design group and assist in the design and development of private projects. They seek an individual who is passionate and committed to design and customer service as much as they are!
Responsibilities:
- Project execution and team management
- Reporting to owner / ceo
- Design and technical leadership
- Manages multiple projects and teams
- Client relationship responsibilities
Qualifications:

Education:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited program.

Licensure:
- Licensed Architect or working towards licensure, with knowledge of building codes and regulations. LEED certification is a plus.

Experience:
- 5-10 years of experience in architectural design, including experience in commercial, industrial, and residential projects.
- Experience in restaurant projects highly preferable

Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and/or other architectural design software.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work closely with clients and interdisciplinary teams.
- Problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and creativity in design solutions.
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices and experience integrating green technologies into architectural projects.
