Our client, a top AmLaw 100 national law firm, is seeking a highly-qualified and motivated Senior Associate Attorney to join their Finance practice group in Atlanta. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a respected, tenured team and contribute to the firm’s growing finance practice.
Candidate Profile:
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
- Bar Admission in a state of a major metropolitan city where the firm has an office (GA, MD, FL, MA, SC, NC, IL, OH, SC, TX, CO, WV, MN, TN, NY, PA, CA, D.C.)
- 5+ years of substantive finance experience representing bank and/or non-bank lenders.
- Preferred experience representing lenders in commercial real estate or secondary-market transactions, though not required.
- Strong writing, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated positive attitude, strong work ethic, and keen attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent bank and non-bank lenders in complex finance transactions.
- Counsel clients in commercial real estate financing and secondary-market transactions.
- Conduct thorough legal analysis and provide strategic guidance on finance-related matters.
- Work collaboratively within a team environment to deliver high-quality legal services.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure excellence in service delivery.
