Our client, a highly-regarded AmLaw 200 national law firm, is seeking a talented and motivated Associate Attorney to join their Business Litigation Practice in New York. This role is an exciting opportunity for a skilled litigator to work on high-profile matters in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Candidate Profile:
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
- Bar Admission in New York is required.
- 3–5 years of substantive litigation experience, preferably in commercial litigation or professional liability matters in NY state and federal courts.
- Strong analytical and legal writing skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- A clerkship is preferred, but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in complex business and commercial litigation cases in New York state and federal courts.
- Handle all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and trial preparation.
- Provide counsel on high-stakes disputes across a variety of industries.
- Demonstrate initiative in managing client matters while ensuring exceptional client service.
