Job Description:

Seeking a full-time Lead BMC Remedy/Helix Developer with proven expertise to support a key client in Washington, D.C.

Key Qualifications:

• Must hold US Citizenship or Green Card (Public Trust Clearance required).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience managing, maintaining, and developing BMC Helix IT Service Management Software.

Required Certifications:

• ITIL 4 Managing Professional certification.
• BMC Certified Professional certification.

Work Location: Ideally onsite, Washington, D.C but will consider the right person to work remote (EST working hours)
