As a Production Manager, you will manage a couple production lines with a handful of direct reports and 70-80 indirect reports. You will be responsible for everything on these lines including driving continuous improvement and coaching, mentoring, and developing people on the plant floor.

 

Need someone with a Bachelor's degree with production management experience in either paper, packaging, textiles, tissue, or any other high speed manufacturing industries. My client will not consider people who do not come from a high speed manufacturing environment.

Looking for a strong, hands on leader who has a proven track record of working with people on the plant floor and is good at coaching, mentoring, and developing people. Strong project management, continuous improvement, and experience in lean manufacturing and/or Six Sigma.
