Initiating a search for a CHIEF ESTIMATOR (Commercial Construction Industry) for a well-established and growing business.  Position will lead/manage/develop a mid-sized team of experienced estimators, have responsibility for leading all aspects of the estimating process (intake/contact with clients regarding scope/scheduling/specific project  requirements, review/create/submit estimates with detailed proposals, follow-up & scope questions to complete the sale, site visits/pre-bid meetings/specifications review, back-end review/analysis of estimate-to-actual, etc.) and play a critical role in helping to further profitably scale/grow this business.
