What You’ll Do
- Analyze and synthesize technical literature, patents, and patent application documents.
- Critique and provide insights on technical data to support litigation strategies.
- Collaborate with attorneys and technical experts on infringement and validity issues.
- Investigate products for claims of patent infringement and provide in-depth technical analyses.
- Assist with expert reports and witness preparation for trials and hearings.
- Contribute to global patent portfolio development strategies by aligning technical insights with business objectives.
Who You Are
