What You’ll Do

• Analyze and synthesize technical literature, patents, and patent application documents.
• Critique and provide insights on technical data to support litigation strategies.

• Investigate products for claims of patent infringement and provide in-depth technical analyses.
• Assist with expert reports and witness preparation for trials and hearings.
• Contribute to global patent portfolio development strategies by aligning technical insights with business objectives.
