PM&R Physician / Associate Medical Director

Location: Saint Joseph, Missouri
Compensation: $200–$250 per hour
Employment Type: Part-Time (3 days per week)

Overview:

We are seeking a Physiatrist (PM&R Physician) / Associate Medical Director to join our team in Saint Joseph, MO. This position offers an excellent work-life balance with a flexible part-time schedule (3 days per week) and a leadership role within a well-established rehabilitation program. As Associate Medical Director, you will play a key role in patient care while helping to guide clinical operations and program development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality physical medicine and rehabilitation care to patients.
• Oversee and coordinate patient treatment plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
• Support and develop clinical protocols to enhance patient outcomes.
• Assist in program leadership, quality improvement initiatives, and compliance efforts.
• Work closely with hospital administration and medical staff on rehabilitation services.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO with board certification in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R).
• Previous leadership or associate medical director experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
