Director of Demand Generation role for a small to midsized (but fairly well established leader in its field), best of breed provider of B2B software for the hospitality industry (major hotel, hotel management companies, food service orgs).  Looking for a very "in the trenches" and "jack of all trades" type to lead demand gen function.

 

- must come from application software / SaaS in B2B type environment.. ERP, Supply Chain, Procurement / Sourcing, CRM, Cx, Martech, HRTech... (ideally that was very targeted in nature)..  Relevant verticals like major Hospitality or Food Service would be a plus, but not necessary. Since solution is so highly targeted, Account Based Marketing (ABM) type experience is very helpful and important.

 

- at least some management experience (this role would have Marketing and BDR resources, managing a team of 2-3).. Some experience managing, or at least collaboration with BDR / sales would be a plus.

 

- some global related experience (from perspective of some understanding of how other parts of the world buy) would also be a plus.

 

- at least some experience in smaller, earlier stage company would be ideal.
