A highly regarded legal team is seeking an attorney with 4+ years of employment law experience to join its Employment & Labor practice. This role involves employment counseling, litigation, and transactional support, with a strong focus on advising clients on compliance and workplace policies.
Position Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on employment policies, regulatory compliance, and workplace best practices
- Draft and negotiate employment and separation agreements
- Handle employment-related disputes and litigation support
- Assist in the employment aspects of corporate transactions

Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in employment law, with a strong advisory and compliance background
