Our client is a prominent NYC Real Estate Law Firm with over 25 years in business. They are seeking a Real Estate Paralegal to work out of its Manhattan office on a hybrid schedule.

Experience in NYC real estate as a residential paralegal professional is required.

Main Responsibilities:

·        Part of a team that will work on all aspects of residential purchase and sale transactions for cooperatives, condominiums, and multi-family properties from inception through closing.

• Preparation of Closing Statements
• Closing Statements
• Review of Title/Lien Searches
• Conduct Closings

Compensation & Benefits:

·        Salary is between 80K – 100K (DOE), plus bonus.  Solid benefits (health, dental, vision, as well as, 401K & profit sharing.

·        Generous PTO and hybrid working environment. 3 days in/ 2 days from home
