We are seeking a Board-Certified Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner to join a highly collaborative Hospitalist team in Rochester, NY. This full-time, day shift role offers a flexible and rotating 12-hour schedule, allowing for a strong work-life balance.

Position Highlights:

●       Schedule: Flexible 12-hour shifts (rotating)

●       Work Setting: Inpatient care, collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams

●       Patient Population: Adult inpatient care

●       Preferred Experience: 1-2 years in acute care as an NP or RN

●       Location: Rounding at Strong Memorial Hospital & Rochester General Hospital

Compensation & Benefits:

●       Salary Range: $115,000 – $135,000

●       Sign-On Bonus: Available

●       Student Loan Repayment: Offered
