Associate Scientist, Library Construction
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead breakthrough research applying advanced molecular biology, phage display, and rational protein engineering to develop novel multi-specific therapeutics.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to design molecular libraries and provide strategic direction for project optimization.
- Develop robust experimental protocols, maintain quality standards, and ensure timely milestone achievement.
- Transform complex data into clear presentations, deliver actionable insights to stakeholders, and advocate for evidence-based project advancement.
Qualifications and Experience:
- BS/MS degree and 5-20+ years of experience.
- Expertise in generating and screening diverse antibody libraries with specific knowledge of library design principles, high-throughput selection strategies, and post-selection characterization for candidate identification.
- Expert in phage display technologies for antibody discovery and optimization, with proven success identifying viable candidates.
- Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills successfully applied to complex antibody engineering challenges.
- Exceptional communication, organization, and time management abilities demonstrated through effective collaboration in multidisciplinary research teams.
