A nationally recognized litigation group is seeking a mid-level associate with 3–5 years of experience to join its Securities Litigation practice in New York City. This is a strong opportunity to work on high-stakes matters for a client base that includes Fortune 100 companies and top-tier technology and life sciences firms.
Key Responsibilities:

Represent clients in securities class actions, shareholder derivative suits, and complex commercial disputes

Support advocacy efforts before regulators to mitigate or avoid enforcement actions

Collaborate on internal investigations and regulatory matters involving federal and state agencies

Assist with trial and appellate work across a range of securities-related issues
Qualifications:

JD from an accredited law school

Admission to the New York Bar

3–5 years of securities litigation experience, including class actions, merger disputes, or regulatory investigations

Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills

Proven ability to manage multiple matters and work within tight deadlines

Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment
Compensation:

Salary range: $260,000 – $365,000, based on qualifications and experience
