Bathtub Repair Technician (NO Previous bathtub repair experience required!
Location: Burlington, NC and surrounding areas
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (some flexibility based on job sites and typically end early around 3pm)

About the Opportunity:
Our client is a growing professional bathtub repair and refinishing company serving residential and commercial clients across Elon, Burlington, and Graham, NC & surrounding areas. We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on technician with basic construction or handyman experience to join the team full-time. This is a long-term role with room to grow into a specialized trade. The owner started out in this position and for 20 years since, has been running his own company.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with bathtub repairs, refinishing, and installations
• Operate basic tools (drills, sanders, caulking guns, etc.)
• Prep and clean job sites before and after work
• Mix and apply repair materials with precision
• Safely lift and transport equipment (up to 50 lbs)
• Follow instructions from lead technicians and observe safety protocols
• Maintain company tools, equipment, and van

Ideal Candidate:

• Hands-on experience with general repairs, construction, or handyman work
• Familiar with basic tools & handman skills (caulking/caulk gun, painting, cleaning, screw driver, wrench, and alike)
• Detail-oriented, dependable, independent, and eager to learn
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labor
• Able to work independently and with a team
• Has a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (during training time)
