Job Description
- Handle complex real estate transactions involving commercial, mixed-use, and high-value properties
- Advise clients on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, and financing
- Negotiate and draft purchase and sale agreements, leases, easements, and related contracts
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff in a collegial, high-performance environment
- Cultivate and grow client relationships with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Meet expectations consistent with partner-level responsibilities and contributions
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate transactional law
- Extensive experience with California real estate law and commercial real estate matters
- Active license to practice law in California
- Strong client management, drafting, and negotiation skills
- A portable book of business is highly preferred but not required
