What You Will Do:

• Champion all facets of the manufacturing function and prioritize opportunities for improvement
• Lead and develop a small, competent team
• As a member of the senior management team, provide insight regarding operations strategy and direction

Qualifications (partial list)

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in engineering, operations management, or related discipline
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a supervisory or operations management position
• Experience and knowledge of metal fabrication
• ERP proficiency
• Strong, interpersonal, communication, negotiation and influencing skills to engage staff, management, and customers
• Continuous improvement mindset oriented by lean/six sigma training or certification and record of practical application of lean/six sigma methodologies
