Job Title: Sales Representative – Account Executive 
Location: Washington, DC/Maryland
Territory Coverage: Northern Virginia, Washington DC, and Maryland
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexibility required)
Employment Type: Full-time, Benefit Eligible
Compensation: Base salary, commission plan, and car allowance
Salary Range: $70,000.00 to $90,000.00 annually (commensurate with experience; geographic differentials may apply)

Key Responsibilities:
- 
Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, closing, client retention, education, and business reviews 
- 
Educate healthcare providers on a portfolio of high-quality diagnostic services to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction 
- 
Monitor and analyze competitive market trends, including pricing and service offerings 
- 
Collaborate with marketing and other sales teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies 
- 
Build and maintain key client relationships to support strategic growth initiatives 
- 
Promote both current offerings and new product launches 
- 
Provide responsive service and solutions to customer inquiries and concerns 
- 
Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate data, generate weekly reports, and manage pipeline activity 
Qualifications:
- 
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (preferred) 
- 
Highly motivated, team-oriented, and adaptable with a strong drive for results 
- 
Proven ability to close deals in a competitive sales environment 
- 
Strong commitment to customer service and understanding of client needs 
- 
Proficient in CRM systems and basic office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 
- 
Experience with healthcare providers, health systems, specialty groups, or community health organizations 
Preferred Experience:
- 
2–5 years of outside sales or service experience in the medical field 
- 
Familiarity with areas such as Primary Care, Urgent Care, Internal Medicine, Women’s Health, Oncology, Infectious Disease, GI, Rheumatology, Pathology, or Surgical Centers
