Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst
We are a high-growth, private equity-backed manufacturer relocating its U.S. headquarters to Aurora, IL. This FP&A Analyst role will directly support commercial sales strategy — including SKU analysis, pricing/mix trends, product costing, and margin sensitivity.

💼 Position Overview:

• Title: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst

• Location: Aurora, IL (Hybrid Schedule)

• Travel: 5–10%

• Industry: Manufacturing / Consumer Goods 

• Reports to: Director of FP&A (Commercial & Ops)

📈 What You’ll Do:

• Support commercial finance: pricing, margin analysis, product mix, and forecasting

• Analyze sales trends, market behavior, and customer data

• Build and maintain financial models, dashboards, and KPIs

• Conduct scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and capital ROI modeling

• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sales, and marketing teams

• Prepare insights for quarterly business reviews and strategic planning

✅ Ideal Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

• 2–4 years of FP&A or financial analyst experience

• Strong Excel and modeling skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)

• Exposure to ERP systems and tools like Anaplan, Power BI, Tableau, etc.

• Experience in manufacturing, CPG, or supply chain environments preferred

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with non-finance stakeholders
