We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team in the printing and packaging industry. In this role, you’ll be responsible for generating new business, managing existing accounts, and providing customized solutions to meet client packaging and printing needs. You’ll be out in the field, building lasting relationships and identifying growth opportunities in your territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory
• Heavy travel in the territory
• Conduct on-site visits, presentations, and product demonstrations
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers
• Collaborate with internal teams (estimating, design, production) to deliver tailored solutions
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sale
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Keep accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM software
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in outside sales; industry experience in printing, packaging, or related fields is a strong plus
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5-7 years in B2B sales
• Background in custom packaging, commercial printing, or manufacturing solutions
