We're seeking a Wealth Management Client Associate to provide exceptional service and operational support to our Financial Advisors (FAs) and their clients. In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for client service needs, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. You'll play a crucial part in supporting our enterprise strategic objectives, upholding operational excellence, and advocating for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding client service by educating clients on all banking services and offerings.
- Ensure the timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of client materials and meticulously follow up on all client and FA requests.
- Assist in aligning practices with bank policies and procedures to support operational excellence, protect clients, and manage risk effectively.
- Identify opportunities to deepen and maintain client relationships by promoting banking offerings and integrating them into day-to-day practices, while communicating insights to the FA.
- Support daily team activities, including covering roles during absences or peak seasons, always leading with a client-first mindset.
Required Qualifications:
- MUST HAVE active FINRA SIE, Series 7, and 63/65 or 66 licenses.
- Must obtain all state registrations held by the Financial Advisor(s) and Advisor Team(s) they support.
- SAFE Act Registration and ADV-2B required.
- Maintain at least one firm-approved designation.
- Advanced industry knowledge and understanding of investment products.
