Our client, a prestigious AmLaw 100 national law firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Attorney to join their rapidly-expanding eDiscovery Practice Group. This non-partnership track position is a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of legal technology and discovery strategy with a nationally recognized team handling complex litigation, regulatory, and investigatory matters.
Candidate Profile

JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.

Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing.

5-7 years of substantive eDiscovery or litigation experience, with deep expertise across the full EDRM spectrum.

Strong knowledge of eDiscovery laws, data privacy regulations, and industry best practices.

Demonstrated ability to manage discovery workflows from preservation to production, and support post-production efforts including deposition prep and trial support.

Effective leadership and oversight experience, particularly in managing junior attorneys, project teams, and vendor deliverables.

Proficiency advising clients and internal teams on defensible, cost-effective discovery strategies.

Fluency with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and other enterprise collaboration tools; Relativity expertise strongly preferred.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex legal and technical issues for a broad audience.
Key Responsibilities

Advise case teams and clients on discovery strategy, risk mitigation, and defensibility across the entire lifecycle of litigation and investigations.

Design and implement case-specific workflows and protocols in collaboration with attorneys, technologists, and litigation support staff.

Lead the development of efficient, repeatable processes for handling large-scale data review and production efforts.

Provide quality control oversight of work performed by discovery attorneys, technologists, contract attorneys, and external vendors.

Stay current on eDiscovery trends and tools to continuously improve service offerings and client outcomes.
