Client seeks a dynamic and visionary Director of Content to lead our content operations and shape the strategic direction of our content creation. This pivotal role oversees the management of content for over 400,000 products, ensuring exceptional quality, accuracy, and engagement across images, videos, written content, specifications, and accessories. The successful candidate will spearhead a robust content strategy that amplifies brand values, captivates our professional audience, and drives deeper customer interaction.
As a key leader, you will orchestrate cross-functional collaboration with content teams, product managers, and manufacturers to maintain a seamless and efficient Product Information Management (PIM) system. Your operational expertise will ensure flawless execution, while your strategic foresight will position as a leader in eCommerce content innovation. Essential Responsibilities:
• Oversee the accurate, timely, and high-quality completion of content for over 400,000 products, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand standards.
• Architect and implement a forward-thinking content strategy that reflects core values, enhances audience engagement, and drives measurable outcomes.
• Foster strategic partnerships with manufacturers, content team leaders, and product managers to eliminate gaps in product information and streamline workflows.
• Lead a team that does PDP pages / Product Descriptions
Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Deep expertise in eCommerce content management, with a proven track record of managing high-volume product catalogs at scale.
• Comprehensive understanding of core product categories and the ability to translate technical details into compelling content.
• Strong alignment with brand identity, audience, and customer-centric approach.

• Exceptional operational leadership, with demonstrated experience in managing complex workflows and large teams in a fast-paced environment.
