**Heavy Civil Project Manager **
We are seeking an experienced, career-driven Heavy Civil Project Manager to join our dynamic team. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Plan and develop civil construction projects in alignment with project requirements and engineering standards.
- Manage project budgets to meet required margins, provide accurate cost and revenue projections, and address budget variances to ensure profitability.
- Create and regularly update project schedules with realistic timelines for future tasks.
- Oversee project quality control, ensuring compliance with engineering principles, company standards, client contracts, and specifications.
- Enforce adherence to company and site safety policies, including Incident and Injury Free protocols, fostering a strong safety culture.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and correspondence, and prepare analytical reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with field management to resolve discrepancies between project plans and site execution.
- Approve equipment or personnel changes and requisitions submitted by superintendents.
- Escalate issues to upper management when necessary and communicate effectively.
- Organize and assign project staff based on project needs, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities for the team.
- Conduct weekly project team meetings to review scheduling and costs.
- Provide ongoing financial projections of project performance and submit timely payment requisitions.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of contract terms, specifications, project schedules, milestones, and reasons for delays.
- Oversee issuance and performance management of subcontracts and supplier purchase orders.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
