Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Baytown, TX
Salary: $80,000 – $120,000 per year (DOE)

Project Manager Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified Project Manager to lead and manage projects from start to finish with a focus on timely execution, budget control, and customer satisfaction. This position involves coordinating between internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution in a manufacturing environment.

Project Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the central point of contact between internal departments, clients, and stakeholders.

• Manage multiple projects concurrently using established project management principles.

• Interpret and communicate technical specifications clearly to manufacturing teams.

• Create and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and coordinate logistics.

• Identify and resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle.

• Maintain accurate project documentation in compliance with internal and external standards.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, anticipating and addressing needs proactively.

• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans.

• Promote collaboration across departments to meet project deadlines and quality expectations.

• Provide training and guidance to other team members as needed.

Project Manager Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or at least five years of project management experience with a PMP certification.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to read engineering drawings and technical documents.

• High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and project scheduling tools.

• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and customer service skills.

• Must be willing to travel for project-related meetings as needed.

Project Manager Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree (Engineering or Construction preferred)

• PMP Certification

• Experience with CAD or other design software.

• Familiarity with steel pipe fittings, industrial manufacturing, or water drainage civil engineering industries.

• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
