Project Manager Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified Project Manager to lead and manage projects from start to finish with a focus on timely execution, budget control, and customer satisfaction. This position involves coordinating between internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution in a manufacturing environment.
Project Manager Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the central point of contact between internal departments, clients, and stakeholders.

Manage multiple projects concurrently using established project management principles.

Interpret and communicate technical specifications clearly to manufacturing teams.

Create and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and coordinate logistics.

Identify and resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle.

Maintain accurate project documentation in compliance with internal and external standards.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, anticipating and addressing needs proactively.

Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans.

Promote collaboration across departments to meet project deadlines and quality expectations.

Provide training and guidance to other team members as needed.
Project Manager Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or at least five years of project management experience with a PMP certification.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to read engineering drawings and technical documents.

High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and project scheduling tools.

Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Must be willing to travel for project-related meetings as needed.
Project Manager Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree (Engineering or Construction preferred)

PMP Certification

Experience with CAD or other design software.

Familiarity with steel pipe fittings, industrial manufacturing, or water drainage civil engineering industries.

Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
