Our client, a prominent AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a talented Associate Attorney to join their innovative Investment Strategies & Capital Solutions Practice Group in Fort Worth. This is an excellent opportunity to work on sophisticated real estate and family office transactions in a collaborative, high-caliber practice that offers meaningful client engagement and long-term career development.
Candidate Profile
- JD from a Top Tier law school with an excellent academic record.
- Active Bar Admission in Texas, in good standing.
- 2+ years of substantive experience handling complex commercial transactions, including real estate and family office matters.
- Experience drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements.
- Background in sponsor-side real estate deals involving debt financing, joint ventures, offering documents, and closings.
- Familiarity with post-acquisition asset management issues such as leasing, property management, and loan modifications.
- Experience representing sponsors and institutional or equity investors in varied real estate and investment structures.
- Experience advising family offices on structuring and administering single- and multi-family entities, including succession planning, governance, and capital investments.
- Team-oriented, entrepreneurial, and eager to contribute to the growth of a national practice.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional writing, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex subject matter efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a broad range of commercial real estate and family office matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, and entity structuring.
- Draft, negotiate, and close sophisticated purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, joint venture agreements, and related transactional documents.
- Advise family offices on governance, succession planning, capital investments, and related agreements.
- Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to provide strategic guidance and practical solutions.
- Support post-acquisition asset management, including leasing and property management matters.
- Build and maintain client relationships through exceptional service and results.

Competitive Compensation: Includes an annual salary range of $220,000–$260,000, depending on experience and market factors, in addition to eligibility for a discretionary bonus.
