Job Description
Our client is seeking a full-time Real Estate Paralegal to join its busy real estate practice. This role focuses on residential and transactional real estate matters and requires Spanish fluency to support a diverse client base.
- Support real estate transactions from contract to closing
- Draft, review, and organize legal documents and closing files
- Communicate with clients, attorneys, realtors, lenders, and title companies
- Review and interpret title commitments and prepare closing statements
- Ensure accurate and timely document execution
- Translate and communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients
- Maintain organized records and coordinate key deadlines
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in residential or transactional real estate
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with closing procedures and documentation
- Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
