Position: Litigation Attorney (25 Years of Experience) Houston Office

A well-established law firm is seeking an attorney with 25 years of litigation experience to join its Financial Services and Commercial Litigation practice in the Houston office. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a seasoned team representing large financial institutions in both commercial and consumer litigation, as well as clients from a wide range of industries in complex commercial disputes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in commercial and consumer litigation matters
• Work collaboratively with a high-performing team of attorneys
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Attend hearings, mediations, and trials as needed

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• 25 years of litigation experience, preferably in financial services or complex commercial matters
• Strong academic credentials
• Demonstrated commitment to excellence and professional development
• Texas law license required
• Full-time, in-office position (Houston)
