Now hiring for a Lead Maintenance Technician based out of Louisville, KY

This position is on site in Louisville for months then some travel for a few weeks.

Job Description:

• Perform in-house build and field installations of automated industrial machines and production equipment.
• Supervise and direct installation team members to ensure accuracy of work and timely project completion.
• Nation-wide travel (10-30%) with overnight stays (Weekend work required) (Comptime available).
• Analyze and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
• Repair or replace malfunctioning components (tooling, bearings, cylinders, sensors and other various equipment components).
• Conduct inspections and perform preventative maintenance tasks.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

The ideal candidate:

• Must pass mechanical aptitude exam prior to hire.
• Must have a High school diploma or equivalent (technical degree a plus).
• Must have proven experience as a mechanical technician or similar role and a strong knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics and mechanical devices.
• Must have  the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and diagrams.
• Must have  a valid driver's license.
