We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Production Assembly Assistant to help assemble USA Made products at the Cornelius NC facility. Working alongside the Production Lead, you’ll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly and efficiently while ensuring the quality and creativity the brand is known for.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the assembly of USA Made products and packaging
  
  

• Follow detailed instructions and production processes
  
  

• Prepare materials and maintain organized workstations
  
  

• Perform quality control checks during and after assembly
  
  

• Track inventory and report low stock levels
  
  

• Assist in labeling, bagging, and preparing products for shipping
  
  

• Support other production tasks as needed
  
  

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and good manual dexterity
  
  

• Ability to follow directions and work independently or with a team
  
  

• Reliable and consistent with a positive attitude
  
  

• Comfortable with hands-on work

• Assembly or crafting experience is a plus
