Job description:

We are seeking an experienced Aerospace Spray Painting Craftsman for a hands-on role within a stable and flexible manufacturing environment.

You will be working with a variety of materials and high-priority coating applications, ensuring exceptional quality and finish across different substrates.

Key Responsibilities:

- Apply high-quality spray coatings on parts and components

- Work with a wide range of materials: steel, aluminum, plastics

- Ensure precision and consistency in finish recovery and final
appearance

- Maintain a clean and safe workspace

- Collaborate with the production and quality teams to meet client
specifications

Qualifications:

- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in aerospace or industrial spray painting

- Proven expertise in high-quality, priority coating applications

- Experience working with multiple substrates (metal and plastic)

- Strong eye for detail and commitment to finish excellence

- Stable work history: must have been in most recent role for at least
3 years

- Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards
