Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise staff, including daily assignments, quality control, and mentoring.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
- Oversee preparation of construction documents, cost estimates, proposals, and contracts.
- Ensure design excellence and client satisfaction through every project stage.
- Develop business opportunities, expand client networks, and strengthen industry presence through conferences, events, and proposals.
- Drive brand recognition and financial growth through proactive leadership.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Bachelors and/or Masters Degree in Landscape Architecture.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant professional experience.
- California Landscape Architect registration (required).
- Proven success in business development and client engagement.
- Expertise in landscape construction documents, design principles, and construction administration.
- Proficiency in CAD, Photoshop, and SketchUp.
- Strong management, supervisory, and decision-making abilities.
- Working knowledge of accounting principles and project financials.
- Local San Diego experience strongly preferred.
