What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supervise safety, production, and quality in a fast-paced manufacturing facility
  • Manage personnel, equipment, and KPIs to meet production goals
  • Lead daily Gemba walks, report out on metrics, and uphold audit readiness
  • Support lean initiatives through 5S, kaizen events, and root cause analysis
  • Train, coach, and hold team members accountable to performance standards
  • Ensure product meets ISO and customer standards and support internal audits

About You

  • Be able to do the job as described
  • Minimum 5 years in a union manufacturing environment with supervisory experience
  • Proven leader in 5S, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement practices
  • Familiar with ISO/TS quality systems and high-volume production standards
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with production software preferred
