What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervise safety, production, and quality in a fast-paced manufacturing facility
- Manage personnel, equipment, and KPIs to meet production goals
- Lead daily Gemba walks, report out on metrics, and uphold audit readiness
- Support lean initiatives through 5S, kaizen events, and root cause analysis
- Train, coach, and hold team members accountable to performance standards
- Ensure product meets ISO and customer standards and support internal audits
About You
- Be able to do the job as described
- Minimum 5 years in a union manufacturing environment with supervisory experience
- Proven leader in 5S, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement practices
- Familiar with ISO/TS quality systems and high-volume production standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with production software preferred
