- Ensure network designs meet business objectives, budget constraints, and operational requirements, with a focus on scalability, reliability, and security.
- Oversee troubleshooting for complex technical issues, guiding engineers during deployments.
Client Engagement
- Serve as the primary technical leader for all service engagements, including managing escalations.
- Lead design workshops and participate in pre-sales activities for professional services projects.
Business & Team Management
- Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, project management, and engineering teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering both technical expertise and professional growth.
Required Qualifications

- Advanced skills in multi-protocol routing/switching design, configuration, and troubleshooting (Cisco best practices).
- In-depth knowledge of OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, IP addressing, TCP/IP, OSI model, and common TCP/UDP ports/services.
- Proven experience in network security, including device hardening and protocol implementation.
Cloud & SD-WAN
- Strong experience with cloud networking in AWS, Azure, GCP, and Aviatrix.
- Hands-on deployment of SD-WAN solutions (Viptela, Silverpeak, Palo Alto Prisma SD-WAN).
Security Solutions
- Skilled in deploying and managing security tools from Palo Alto Networks (Panorama, Prisma Access, Prisma Cloud) and Cisco (FirePower/FTD, Meraki MX, FMC).
- Ability to implement secure network infrastructures aligned with industry standards.
Experience & Education
