• Lead the design and management of projects across residential, commercial, educational, and multi-use developments.
• Drive projects from concept to completion, including site design, stormwater management, grading, and erosion/sediment control.
• Manage permitting processes with regulatory agencies (NJDEP, municipal, county) and navigate approvals with confidence.
• Oversee site investigations and ensure compliance with state and local design standards.
• Prepare concept plans, subdivision plans, technical reports, and more.
• Collaborate closely with contractors, sub-consultants, and clients, ensuring smooth communication and project delivery.
• Balance multiple concurrent projects while maintaining exceptional quality and timelines.

Qualifications:

• Education & Credentials: E.I.T. required; NJ P.E. license preferred.
• Experience: 510+ years in civil engineering, site design, or land development.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HydroCAD, or equivalent stormwater software.
• Expertise: Stormwater management, grading, utility design, and erosion/sediment control.
• Strengths: Excellent communication, time management, leadership, and a meticulous eye for detail.
• Mindset: Strong work ethic, ability to thrive independently and collaboratively.
