Business Unit Leader for a consumer products manufacturer that will manage all production operations for their business unit over multiple shifts. The person must have a Bachelor's degree and have production management experience coming from the paper industry to be considered. Corrugated, lumber, or packaging will not work. Needs to be from a paper mill and has to have experience working on a paper machine.

 

The person will manage 100+ people over multiple shifts with 7-10 direct reports so leadership skills are also important. Looking for a strong, hands on leader that knows how to coach, mentor, and develop people. 

 

Continuous improvement, project management, and lean manufacturing and/or Six Sigma experience are essential. Must have a proven track record of driving change when needed and improving metrics.
