We’re hiring a Commercial HVAC Service Technician in Orange County, CA to maintain and repair large HVAC systems for commercial clients.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair large RTUs, chillers, boilers, and VRFs

• Perform routine maintenance and emergency service

• Handle startups and system commissioning

• Communicate clearly with clients about issues and solutions

• Keep accurate service records and follow safety protocols

Requirements
Must-Haves

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience

• Skilled in diagnosing and fixing complex systems

• Experience with large equipment (RTUs, chillers, boilers, VRFs)

• Hands-on experience with startups and commissioning

• Local to Orange County with a steady work history

Nice-to-Haves

• Factory training or OEM certifications

• EPA Universal and OSHA 10/30

• Comfortable using service apps and digital tools
