Our client, a prominent law firm recognized in the 2025 edition of Best Law Firms®, is seeking a highly-motivated Associate Attorney to join their Labor & Employment team in Woodland Hills. This role provides an exciting opportunity to handle a range of sophisticated litigation matters, working on cutting-edge legal issues for interesting clients across multiple industries.
Candidate Profile
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school with an excellent academic record
- Active Bar Admission in California, in good standing
- 3+ years of substantive experience in labor and employment litigation is preferred; other civil litigation experience will be considered
- Wage & Hour and PAGA experience is advantageous
- Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
- Desire to be part of a busy national practice, demonstrating initiative and the ability to assume responsibility for matters while collaborating with a team
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in complex labor and employment, commercial, and privacy litigation matters
- Provide strategic counsel to clients on single plaintiff FEHA matters, wage & hour claims, PAGA claims, and class action work
- Collaborate with a large team of experienced attorneys to deliver high-quality legal services
- Develop innovative legal solutions for clients and contribute to a rapidly-growing national practice
