We are representing a confidential, top-tier global law firm seeking a Technology Transactions Associate Attorney to join its Technology Transactions Practice Group.
About the Role
This team advises global tech leaders, unicorn start-ups, and emerging innovators on complex technology and IP transactions across industries such as AI/robotics, VR/AR, fintech, blockchain, semiconductors, e-commerce, cloud computing, and SaaS.
Responsibilities

Draft and negotiate software, technology, and content licenses

Handle technology development agreements, professional services agreements, and collaboration arrangements

Draft and negotiate manufacturing, supply, and distribution agreements

Support media, entertainment, and e-commerce transactions
-
Assist on M&A and venture financing transactions, including due diligence on IP and commercial contracts

Advise clients on IP ownership, data rights, and commercial risk allocation

Work with clients across multiple industries and stages of growth
Qualifications
-
3–6 years of technology transactions and IP-focused experience

Strong knowledge of intellectual property concepts

Experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements

Ability to communicate complex legal issues clearly and concisely

Strong work ethic, leadership potential, and team-oriented mindset

Admission to the California Bar preferred (other states acceptable)
