We are representing a confidential, top-tier global law firm seeking a Privacy Litigation Associate Attorney with 3–5 years of experience to join its leading Privacy Litigation Group.

About the Role

This group defends major companies in high-stakes privacy and data security class actions, regulatory investigations, and enforcement matters. Attorneys work with cutting-edge issues in consumer data, cybersecurity incidents, state and federal privacy laws, and emerging technology.

Responsibilities

  • Work on privacy and data breach class actions

  • Assist with regulatory investigations involving state and federal agencies

  • Draft motions, briefs, research memoranda, and discovery responses

  • Analyze complex legal issues and present clear recommendations

  • Manage key components of cases, including strategy and execution

  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and cross-office teams

  • Support clients with ongoing litigation and compliance matters

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of litigation experience; privacy experience is a plus

  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills

  • Strong research, analytical, and organizational abilities

  • Detail-oriented with strong case management skills

  • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic

  • Active member of the California or New York Bar
