The Opportunity

What You’ll Be Working On

Depending on your experience and interests, responsibilities may include:

• Managing and contributing to geotechnical projects from concept through construction

• Analysis and design of shallow and deep foundation systems

• Design and evaluation of retaining structures and slopes

• Support of tunneling, trenchless, and underground construction methods

• Soft soil and ground improvement solutions

• Geotechnical instrumentation and monitoring

• Seismic evaluation and design

• Pavement and transportation-related geotechnical work

• Preparation and review of technical reports

• Participation in client-facing, marketing, and business development activities

What We’re Looking For

• 5–10 years of relevant geotechnical engineering experience

• Master’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering

• Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)

• High attention to detail and sound engineering judgment

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for site visits
