Sales Development Representative

Our client is re-imagining how manufacturers source globally. Their mission is to connect buyers & suppliers around the world. They help procurement teams find & qualify suppliers 10x faster using our AI & SaaS tools. In the last year, they had over $2B USD quoted by buyers through their platform with manufacturers in 40+ countries.

Key Responsibilities

·        Prospect and identify potential customers across manufacturing, sourcing & supply chain industries

·        Conduct & craft personalized high-impact outreach through LinkedIn, email & phone to open doors with decision makers

·        Qualify leads & schedule discovery calls with Account Executives

·        Own your pipeline – track every conversation & next step in HubSpot

·        Collaborate with marketing to optimize messaging and outreach sequences

·        Learn and communicate the value of the company

·        Track daily activity and hit weekly/monthly meeting and pipeline targets

Requirements

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills – you’re clear, confident & human in outreach

·        Grit, curiosity & persistence – you’re not afraid to follow up and ask good questions

·        1-2 years of experience in B2B or SaaS sales environment

·        Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

·        Experience using tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus

·        Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field
